This is a documentary we created after thoroughly conducting research on our chosen genre of music... R&B. We created this video, using such technologies as the MAC computer, IMovie (to actually create the doc), Zamzar (to download music videos to put on our doc) etc. We worked extra hard on this documentary as we wanted to show our capabilities as a group concerning our ability to conduct thorough and relevant research, but also because it is such a handy and crucial source of information, which will help not only the viewer to understand the genre, but also us when we look back at it. The documentary deals with both music videos and print (CD covers) which is essential for giving us ideas, as that is what we have to create in the later stages of our production. We tried to make the documentary look as professional as possible, to portray our creative capablilites.
